Check In / Check Out
- Check in is from 16:00 to 21:00 but we can be flexible on this upon request.
- Check out is by 10:30. Guests are welcome to leave luggage and collect later.
Cancellation Policy:
INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS OF 10 OR LESS
Cancellation within 2 days of the arrival date will result in 100% of the complete booking price being charged.
GROUPS OF 10 - 20
A non-refundable holding deposit of 30% of the total amount is automatically taken from your card should you cancel.
Cancellation within 3 weeks of the arrival date will result in 100% of the complete booking price being charged.
EXCLUSIVE HIRE
The hostel can be hired for exclusive use. Please call for prices and availability between 18:00 – 22:00 on 01286 672963.
Maximum occupancy is 26 people.
A non-refundable holding deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival.
BANK HOLIDAYS
A non-refundable holding deposit of 10% of the total amount is automatically taken from your card should you wish to make cancellation.
A minimum of 3 nights stay is required, unless agreed by the hostel.
Cancellation within 3 weeks of the arrival date will result in 100% of the complete booking price being charged.
